Support

At Grampian Software we provide our customers with a comprehensive range of support services to ensure that they get the most from our applications. We work in partnership with our customers to ensure that we meet their support expectations and more importantly they meet their business objectives.

A recent customer survey indicated that the emphasis that we place on providing high quality support is paying off with 94% of respondents rating our support services as ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’.

Our support services range from initial consultancy through specification of customer requirements, to final implementation and ongoing support. This service also includes access to our telephone support helpdesk, remote support, statutory upgrade and standard enhancements to the system – all covered by the annual support contract.

Implementation

We fully understand the importance of a correct well thought out implementation process. Our Executive Overviews allow management to view the features and facilities of each module prior to implementation. Discussions determine the most appropriate parameterisation and use of features to ensure that the new system complements the aims of your overall business strategy.

Project Management

Project ManagementOur project managers work with clients to ensure that the deployment of our software is as stress free as possible, providing users with project plans where appropriate. When installing large integrated solutions Grampian’s WISE methodology is used ensuring that the project manager and their assigned team follow our established and proven set of project management methods for delivering each component part of the project.

User Training

Training for users at all levels is carries out by our team of consultants, ensuring that your staff are fully acquainted with the system and its capabilities. This can be on a one-to-one basis or as a group depending on your specific requirements.

Help Desk Support

A team of highly qualified support analysts operate our telephone helpdesk and are always on hand to log and answer all your support queries. The analysts can dial into your system to get to the heart of any problems you may have. Calls to the help desk are logged on our system and this information is constantly reviewed to ensure that we maintain a high level of response.

Data Conversion

Grampian Software can provide you with Data Conversion facilities to enable the transfer of data from your old system to our applications. We can transfer both current and history data.
