Our Executive Overviews allow management to view the features and facilities of each module prior to implementation. Discussions determine the most appropriate parameterisation and use of features to ensure that the new system complements the aims of your overall business strategy. Project Management User TrainingTraining for users at all levels is carries out by our team of consultants, ensuring that your staff are fully acquainted with the system and its capabilities. This can be on a one-to-one basis or as a group depending on your specific requirements. Help Desk SupportA team of highly qualified support analysts operate our telephone helpdesk and are always on hand to log and answer all your support queries. The analysts can dial into your system to get to the heart of any problems you may have. Calls to the help desk are logged on our system and this information is constantly reviewed to ensure that we maintain a high level of response. Data Conversion Grampian Software can provide you with Data Conversion facilities to enable the transfer of data from your old system to our applications. We can transfer both current and history data. |
