Within OpenResource there are also Training Software, Recruitment Software and Absence Management Software modules. The Training Software module follows the training process from initial identification of training needs through to booking of training courses and venues. The Absence Management module allows for the recording of absences on the system and holds absence history. This data can be easily analysed and graphical analysis of absence is available allowing for sickness patterns to be easily identified. The recruitment module manages all stages of the recruitment process
