Duty Allocation Software

The Duty Allocation system, OpenAllocation forms part of Grampian’s total employee management solution for the transport industry. Duty Allocation provides a comprehensive management facility for the successful running of employee rotas that are operated during the working week. The system takes the information from a planned schedule of activity, allocates resource and provides a tool to record and manage changes to this planned schedule. The information from Duty Allocation can then used for the production of timesheets ready for input into payroll.

A multiple sign-on location system is available as an additional module to allow employees to sign on using a keyboard or swipe card technology accompanied by full on-screen display. The system performs automatic checks to highlight late employees and where necessary will drop failed employees, automatically create absences and allow the uncovered duties to be re-allocated. The system also includes the facility to record global or individual electronic messages for subsequent display during the sign-on process.

Engineering & Stores

In order to provide a total solution for the transport industry we supply Engineering and Stores Software through our relationships with third party suppliers. Their ‘best of breed’ systems will integrate with our Financial Accounting software.
